1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Chativo, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Chativo provides a web-based workspace to compare AI model responses and continue conversations. Features, models, and limits may change as we improve the product. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or legal compliance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at chativo@mbstack.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner (Safepay or other methods we display at checkout). Prices and plan features are shown on our Packages page. Taxes may apply where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or billing;
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as we expressly allow;
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

MB STACK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED owns the Chativo brand, software, and site content except user-provided input. You retain rights to your prompts and outputs subject to third-party model providers' terms. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use model outputs at your own risk and should verify important decisions independently.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB STACK (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
