Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling renewal

You may cancel a paid subscription so it does not renew at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your account unless you choose to close it separately.

2. How to cancel

• Sign in and open Account → Subscription and follow the cancel / manage billing options when available; or
• Email chativo@mbstack.net from your registered account address with subject "Cancel subscription" and your account email.

We will confirm cancellation by email. If you paid through Safepay, any recurring mandate is stopped for the next cycle after we process your request.

3. Access after cancellation

Until the end of the paid period you already purchased, you keep the plan benefits shown at checkout. After that date, your account moves to the free tier or limited access as described on Packages, unless you subscribe again.

4. Immediate termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach our Terms & Conditions, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. In such cases, fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law (see Refund Policy).
